LTA 2026 – Queens Club, London

The Brief

Neptunus UK required a flexible, reliable crew supply for the build and ongoing support of their temporary structure installation at Queens Club ahead of the 2026 HSBC Championships — one of the longest-running grass court tennis tournaments in the world, established in 1889. The event attracts sell-out crowds and operates to strict tournament deadlines.

The nature of the job required crew numbers to flex significantly day to day — anywhere from 6 to 25 — depending on what the build demanded at any given stage.

What We Did

ProMarquee Crews supplied crew across the full duration of the install, scaling up and down daily in response to on-site requirements. Work included roof panel installation at height, with crew operating in full PPE including fall arrest harnesses on top of the structure. The Queens Club site requires careful logistics — a live venue in a residential West London location with no margin for disruption.

Our crew adapted to daily changes in requirement, showing up in the right numbers, on time, every day.

The Result

Structure installed on schedule. The HSBC Championships 2026 ran as planned, with ProMarquee Crews remaining on site in a support capacity through to the end of the tournament in July.

Why It Matters

The HSBC Championships is a serious venue with serious expectations. Neptunus UK needed a crew partner who could flex to daily demand without compromising quality or reliability. That responsiveness — the ability to scale from 6 to 25 crew on short notice — is one of the core things ProMarquee Crews is built for.
